Important Staff Meeting
“It has been brought to my attention, by a few different staff members…that Nicole is shorter than we expected. The peep holes installed in our doors this past week, put in by facilities so we are no longer forced to blindly open the door to potentially crazy people, are too high for her to see out of. A few decisions must now be made. Should we ask facilities to install a second, lower peep hole? Should we purchase a step stool? Or, should Nicole just…jump?”
